The District Grand Lodge of Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean is a historic fraternal organization dedicated to benevolence and charity. To support their wide-reaching community projects—ranging from educational initiatives to disaster relief—they launched the District Grand Raffle. This initiative required a robust digital platform to sell tickets across multiple island nations, ensuring every contribution was tracked, transparent, and capable of making a tangible difference.
Historically, raffles rely heavily on manual ticket sales and physical record-keeping. However, managing thousands of entries across different territories presents significant logistical hurdles. The District Grand Lodge needed a solution that would:
Eliminate manual data entry to reduce human error.
Instantly issue unique digital tickets to purchasers.
Securely process international payments.
Maintain a transparent database of all entries for auditing and the final draw.
They required a partner who could not only build a high-converting landing page but also engineer the complex backend automation required to run a lottery-style event without administrative overhead.

The core innovation of this project was the “Unique Ticket ID” system.
Trigger: When a user purchases a ticket via the integrated payment gateway.
Action: A custom automation sequence immediately triggers.
Logic: The system generates a distinct, non-sequential Unique ID for that specific transaction.
Storage: This ID, along with customer details, is instantly synced to a master Google Sheet database. This ensures a permanent, real-time ledger of all entrants is available for the drawing committee.
User experience was paramount. Once the ID is generated, the system automatically dispatches a professionally designed, branded email to the purchaser. This email confirms the payment and delivers their Unique Raffle Number instantly, providing immediate peace of mind and validity to the transaction.
